This post is specifically for Aspen Water Inc. customers. Recently, December 4, 2014, Larry Sidwell, the owner of Aspen Water Inc, passed away. We offer our condolences to him and his family and we are sorry to see him pass on. I have known Larry for almost 20 years. On many occasions he has called upon Total Water LLC to assist him with his service. We have been happy to help as needed.

As most of you are aware, the quality and service of Aspen Water Inc. has gone down severely the last several years. Many of the online reviews are 1 star, only because there were no star options. There are many reasons for this, many of which are legitimate, nevertheless it has been a source of irritation and frustration on the part of Aspen Water’s customers. We feel bad for you as well as Aspen Water’s situation over the past several years. At this point in time if you call Aspen Water’s phone number you will get no response. We have attempted to acquire their phone number so we can service their customers but have not been able to as the phone carriers have been unwilling to work with us in this endeavor.

We would like to offer our service to you. We have been very good in our customer service and do not have any negative reviews. We value our customers and try to establish a fair relationship with our customers. We believe in being honest, providing quality service, giving a guarantee on our work, and standing by our equipment and warranties. We would love to establish a relationship with you as an Aspen Water customer.

Total Water LLC will honor any written warranties you have from Aspen Water Inc. on your water softener and/or reverse osmosis units. We will also change the filters in your reverse osmosis units, service and repair your water softeners, and even schedule you for yearly maintenance if you desire. You will not be disappointed in our service.
